The client sought to develop a real estate app, PunchLI, designed to empower users to assess, explore, and score properties. The app’s primary objectives included enabling users to identify and document issues and features within houses, rate them on a scale of None, Average, or Strong, and capture images to support their assessments. Users should also have the ability to import lists of issues shared by other users.
