Srini Thonta
Cofounder
Srini’s background includes delivering SAP SCM and Technical Integration projects to customers across industries. His mantra of success lies solely on that of Cogent’s employees’, customers’ and partners’ happiness. He is one of the founding partners of Cogent. He heads Consulting and Sales at Cogent.
Ganapathy Nataraj (Ganpy)
Cofounder
Ganpy, an Engineer from BITS Pilani, India, has created a unique brand for himself in the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) space during the past 18 years. He is one of the founding partners of Cogent. He provides overall strategic leadership to Cogent and heads Marketing & Products.
Rob Hillman (Rob)
Director, IT Solutions & Delivery
Rob has over 20 years in IT consulting, technology consulting management and high-tech systems implementation management. His expertise spans service, manufacturing (automotive and high tech), government, and healthcare industries. Mr. Hillman has worked with highly innovative companies such as Unisys, Xerox Global Services, T-Systems, Jaguar Land Rover, and Volkswagen.
